Distillers from around the state will join you at Hobart Town Hall. And you’ll also sit alongside distilling pioneers – Lyn Lark, the Godfather of Australian Whisky Bill Lark, Casey Overeem from Overeem Whisky and Patrick Maguire who began Sullivan’s Cove.
