This is it.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis glorious vintage was distilled in 1984 and has embraced a seaside maturation for nearly four decades in a combination of predominantly American Oak casks alongside a European oak ex-Sherry butt; a feat resulting in the undeniable Talisker taste of balanced fruit and \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/peated-whisky\"\u003epeated\u003c\/a\u003e bliss.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn 2021 the bottling of this peated malt was carried out using non-chill filtration to maintain the whisky’s natural rich oiliness. Notes of \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003esalted white chocolate\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003epeppery tea\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003esmoked almonds\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e take centre stage with a fantastic finish of \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003emarzipan\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003esoft building grapefruit\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e.
