As part of Good Food Month celebrations join the Scottish Prince crew for ‘Whisky in July’, when whisky-lovers unite to celebrate how Good Food can be made even better with whisky. With a 4-course whisky-infused feast including dessert, paired with a special selection of liquid gold, this night is sure to give you more warm and fuzzies than Christmas. There are two 4-course feasts to choose from, with each dish being specially paired with a delicious whisky drop or whisky-cocktail. The Whiskies - Glenglassaugh Evolution - Benriach 10 Curiositas - Glendronach 12yo - Benriach 17 PX The Feast: Land & Sea - Prawn, ginger, chilli bisque served with watercress - Smoked tomato oysters Kilpatrik - Porkbelly on parsnip puree with prune jus - Dark chocolate espresso mousse with whisky cream Or Vegetarian - Baby carrots in a ginger chilli broth and watercress - Zucchini flowers stuffed stuffed with Meredith chèvre and smoked tomato syrup - Baked tomato stuffed with quinoa, raisins and walnuts topped with maple whisky syrup - Dark chocolate espresso mousse with whisky cream.
