You voted Redbreast as your favourite whisk(e)y of 2025 – so we’re celebrating with tasting events in 2026. As we lead into St Patrick’s Day there’s no better time to reacquaint ourselves with all things single pot still Irish whiskey and who better to do it with than the legends of the style, Redbreast and the Midleton Distillery.

We’ll taste through a range of pot still expressions to come from the distillery’s many brands (Green Spot, Method & Madness and of course Redbreast) with a tasting of the famed Midleton Very Rare expression, and perhaps a very special and never-before-seen Club-exclusive Redbreast.

    What we’ll be tasting:

    Welcome drink on arrival...
    Green Spot Single Pot Still
Method & Madness Single Pot Still
Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still
    Midleton Very Rare 2024 Edition
    A never-before-seen Club Redbreast

It will be held and Sydney Irish whiskey mecca, The Doss House, who’ve kindly allowed us to take over their Den room for the evening.

Based in The Rocks, we’ll go through five whiskies – plus a welcome drink – matched with a cheese board with Club Ambassador Scott Fitzsimons sharing stories and drams from the old country.

Tickets are strictly limited, the space is what it is, so let’s kick off St Paddy’s season with some of the finest Irish whiskey on the planet.

    6pm for a 6.30pm start.
