We’ll be joined by Lakes' Whiskymaker Brendan McCarron, who recently succeeded Sarah Burgess in the top dog role. Brendan’s own whisky career is impressive, not to mention envious. From living on Islay and working with the likes of Lagavulin, to managing Glenmorangie’s maturing whisky stocks, it’s safe to say he has a well-oiled mind when it comes to whiskymaking – and we can’t wait to pick it.
