The Whisky Club Catch-up and Live Stream Tasting with Dave McCabe from Redbreast — Tune in and Win

Chat whiskey with the man who’s done it all! Chief Blender Dave McCabe will be sitting down with us for a live chat as we sip on the Redbreast Pedro Ximénez Edition together from opposite ends of the globe.

No one-trick pony, McCabe has worked for Midleton Distillery as Irish Whiskey Academy tutor, international whiskey ambassador, blender and process technologist before taking over Billy Leighton as Chief Blender. Basically, he’s the man to ask any burning questions you have about Irish whiskey.

The fun starts at 7pm (AEST) on Wednesday 25th June, so you should be able to join in the live stream from your lounge room with your own bottle of June’s drop ready to pour.
