Few things scream Christmas like a delicious Christmas Fruit Cake. So in the spirit of Christmas season giving, we're sharing our recipe for our Best Ever Whisky Club Christmas Cake! And its a beauty, based off the original recipe by long-time Club Member Gary Hn.
We’re officially entering BBQ season, and you know what that means: outdoor malts and meat. Bliss. If you want to lift your BBQ game and evolve your repertoire from bland old snags to smoke-infused goodness, then you’re ready to make your own smoking woodchips.
These caramel crèmes are really easy to make and are super delicious. As for which whisky to use, well that’s up for you. But remember, you don’t need much of it to add a real kick, so treat yourself and add a splash of the good stuff. Just make sure you save enough for a dram to enjoy while you’re cooking.
If there’s one thing we love as much as whisky, it’s chocolate. Actually, no, we love whisky way more, but chocolate is still way up there. Especially when it’s being consumed with whisky. Now if only there was an easy, convenient way to enjoy both at the same time... Oh wait, there is!
Here at The Whisky Club we love cooking almost as much as we love drinking whisky, so any chance to combine the two and we’re all over it. Of course, splashing single malt into your dinner is probably not something you’re going to do every day, so we reckon this Whisky BBQ Sauce is the perfect solution - one you can keep in your fridge to add a little whisky flavour to (almost) any meal.
