Peter is farmer, distiller, inventor, artist and all-round industry legend, converting used chip oil into biodiesel to fire his still, coopering his own barrels — he even built his own still. There’s nothing this man can’t do, and the proof is in the pudding with this latest offering from Belgrove.

Matured for seven years in an ex-Maker’s Mark cask, the naturally shimmering gold liquid holds an abundance of flavour: white chocolate, desiccated coconut, dill, and apricots.
