A natural cask strength bottling of 55.5% ABV, cask #2410 is a full Oloroso Sherry Cask maturation; serving \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003esticky red dates\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003egingerbread\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e by the truckload, along with a healthy side of \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003echarred spice\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e. In fact, this thunderous drop is so Sherried that it came out of its cask naturally with the colour of a dark leather sofa – testament to its long years of maturation in a proper old Oloroso cask.
