For nearly 50 years now, Bushmills have been partnering the Paez Lobato family-owned bodega in Jerez, Spain to source juicy and fresh Sherry casks for their award-winning whiskies, including the oldest Irish single malt ever: a rare 46-year-old bottling, set to retail at over $21,000.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis Christmas Edition has formed in one single, long maturation in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks from the very same bodega. Like a perfectly-baked pudding, this whiskey needs nothing added to it: no added finish, no added colours and bottled at its natural cask strength of 51.6% ABV (non-chill filtered, of course).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOver the years we’ve collaborated with Old Bushmills distillery on four Club-exclusive creations.
