Nose Fresh blackcurrant, dried apricot and raisin with caramel chews and nutmeg.
Palate Mulberry and fig, swathes of butterscotch, and candied orange. Finishes with dry spice, salted dark chocolate, prunes and macadamia.

Starward’s bringing itself straight back down to Earth for its Scotchiest release yet.
Founder David Vitale and Head Distillery & Blender Carlie Dyer went all out with this dram, sourcing some absolutely heaving Portuguese Ruby Port casks – shipped to Australia just for this project – and giving Starward’s new-world spirit a lengthy, old-world maturation.
The resulting Port bomb is like no Starward you’ve ever tried before, and it’s a fitting capstone to this series of Club x Starward collaborations – a Project Release for the ages, bottled in straight-from-the-cask style at 52% ABV.

Starward's History
Starward Distillery was established in 2007 in the Qantas Maintenance Hangar at Essendon Airport by David Vitale, and from humble beginnings and in the space of only a decade it’s become the flagship of Australian craft whisky and an Australian whisky icon.
