Very Old Scotch 20 Year Old Blend, Created Exclusively for The Whisky Club
20 years old. 100% Sherry matured. $135. Only for Members.
Combining parcels of 100% Sherry-matured single malt from a legendary unpeated Islay distillery; three Sherry bomb masters in Speyside; an unnamed Islands distillery; and a dab of fruity, waxy Highland malt, this 20-year-old high-malt marriage was discovered and brought to life by the Club’s own Head of Whisky Creation, Craig Johnstone:
“On paper, this whisky seemed too good to be true. 20 years old, all Sherry matured and with a cracking array of distilleries in the blend. What’s more, it had been marrying in cask for 8 years. It’s no wonder it’s taken out a Gold medal in San Francisco.”
Tastes like: Well-aged notes of poached pear, citrus, hazelnut, butterscotch pudding with stewed fruit, creamy milk chocolate and beautiful oak structure.

Charles Leclerc and Chivas with a winning creation.
Chivas' first ever 16-year-old is a sherry-heavy expression dominated by Longmorn single malt.
It’s another masterpiece from Sandy Hyslop, the now-retired Chivas Master Blender, who put it together alongside novice blender – and less-novice driver – Charles Leclerc.
Featuring whiskies from 16 distilleries, all aged at least 16 years, it’s already scored a Gold medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Tastes like: Toffee pudding, manuka honey, butter almond, hazelnut and mandarin.
