It’s been more than 30 years since Bill and Lyn Lark (AKA the Godparents of Tasmanian whisky) established the Australian single malt industry. Lark’s crafted an epic whisky exclusively for the Club that, in the words of the Godfather, is “Tasmanian single malt at its best.”

Created exclusively for the Club, this 2008 Vintage 12 Year Old is bottled at Natural Cask Strength, 54.6% ABV, and simply bursting with zesty flavours, tropical fruits, orange liqueur, and creamy caramel.

Peated to 129.7ppm then matured in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, followed by 18 months in rare first-fill Sauternes casks, Octomore 12.2 is a proper Peat Monster, bottled cask strength at 57.3% ABV.
