Viscous and exquisite, from the depths of one of Scotland’s biggest workhorse distilleries comes the delightful Linkwood 12 Year Old from Diageo’s Flora & Fauna range. This is your chance to experience Linkwood’s spirit in all its single malt glory.

Matured slowly in the finest Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch 9 is a genuine Sherry Bomb. Full bodied and intense, with notes of fruit mince pies, toffee and dark chocolate it’s bottled at 59.4% ABV.

Peated to 96.9ppm then matured for four years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by four years in Sauternes casks, Octomore 10.2 is a proper Peat Monster, bottled cask strength at 56.9% ABV.

Peated to 156ppm then matured for four years in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a year in the finest French oak from the Bordeaux region, Octomore 09.2 is a proper Peat Monster, bottled cask strength at 58.2% ABV.

Peated to 167ppm then matured for six years in French Mourvedre, Austrian sweet wine and French Sauternes casks, before being finished in Amarone casks, Octomore 08.2 is a proper Peat Monster, bottled cask strength at 58.7% ABV.

An explosion of ripe apples, rich summer berry pudding and icing sugar coated Turkish Delight, Hellyers Road Aged 16 Years Pinot Noir Cask Finish was matured for over half the time the Tassie whisky industry had even existed.

Glenfiddich Grand Cru 23 Year Old Cuvée Cask Finish will have you sparkling in more ways than one, with floral notes and rose petals, a tantalizingly silky palate with peaches and white chocolate, finishing with well refined soft toffee oak.

BenRiach’s Master Blender, Dr. Rachel Barrie, took 21-year-old peated whiskies matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry, American Oak ex-Bourbon and virgin oak casks, and carefully brought them together to re-create the original character of Speyside malts from the 19th Century. The result? BenRiach 21 Year Old Temporis.
