We’ve been collecting drams from everywhere that Santa normally delivers presents and assuming you’ve been good all year, whisky glory awaits.

Day 1: Cameronbridge Batch 3 – 27 Year Old (Single Grain - Lowland Scotch)
Nose: Sweet vanilla and Crème Brûlée, lemon sponge cake with lovely floral notes and fresh white peach.
Palate: Lemon meringue pie with sticky icing sugar, crisp orchard fruits of green apple and pear with sweet pastry.
Finish: Berries and cream complement white chocolate alongside lightly spiced oak.
Day 2: Teerenpeli – Batch 2 – 3 Year Old (Single Malt - Finland)
Nose: Soft red apple orchard fruits, campfire marshmallows match sweet smoke and vanilla.
Palate: Spiced honeyed nuts, tropical fruits of coconut and pineapple with toasted brioche.
Finish: Toasted oak with sweet fresh pastry shop and lightly smoked doughnuts.
Day 3: Linkwood 11 Year Old (Single Malt - Speyside Scotch)
Nose: A burst of citrus packed with jammy apples and pears and sweet malt.
Palate: Delicately creamy with stewed apples and baking spices alongside soft oak.
Finish: Super malty with rich white chocolate and light fruits.
Day 4: Highland Single Malt #2 - 22Year Old (Single Malt - Highland Scotch)
Nose: Wafts of rich caramel with spiced ginger jam, almond shavings over an apple pie.
Palate: Tropical fruits melded with grapefruit, sweet crème brulee and hazelnut fudge.
Finish: Vanilla cream with blueberries transitions to light spices and caramelised oak.
Day 5: Tobermory 12 Year Old (Single Malt - Islands Scotch)
Nose: Maritime air, salted pistachios, almond fudge, rich caramelised oak, orange peel.
Palate: Juicy yellow nectarine, salted caramel, roasted almonds, vanilla custard.
Finish: Lemon meringue, light citrus, light wood notes and pecans.
Day 6: Armorik Batch 1 – 7 Year Old (Single Malt - France)
Nose: Lemon meringue, bright citrus, light wood notes and pecans.
Palate: Baclava, toffee spiced nuts, butterscotch, orange, mocha.
Finish: Rich caramel with dark jaffa chocolate and woody notes.
Day 7: Corn Whisky #1 – 5 Year Old (Corn Whiskey - Canada)
Nose: Blackcurrant jubes, juicy orange, roast molasses, rich sticky caramel and wood sugars.
Palate: Sweet toasted corn, caramelised raw sugar, bright citrus, marmalade.
Finish: Caramelised oak, strawberries and cream with rich toffee fudge.
Day 8: Teaninich Batch 3 – 10 Year Old (Single Malt - Highland Scotch)
Nose: Rich ripe fruits at first, with creamy caramel alongside honey and ginger notes.
Palate: Honey sweetness with more ginger developing with time. There’s a touch of almond too.
Finish: Sticky caramel re-enters with a final flourish of orchard fruits.
Day 9: English Whisky Co. – Batch 4 – 9 Year Old (Single Malt - England)
Nose: Dried apricots, red apples, toasted white marshmallow, roasted almonds, light wood spice.
Palate: Lightly toasted hazelnuts, dried fruit of apples and berries, earthiness.
Finish: Coffee grounds, light sweet campfire smoke and toasted wood spice.
Day 10: Glen Moray 10 Year Old (Single Malt - Speyside Scotch)
Nose: Light tropical fruits of pineapple and lychee, bright citrus, light caramel and white chocolate.
Palate: Banana custard, sweet lemon sponge cake, cinnamon & honeyed toast.
Finish: Milky tea, vanilla oak sweetness and a burst of citrus over melted butter.
Day 11: Speyside #1 – 21 Year Old (Single Malt - Speyside Scotch)
Nose: Juicy fruit chewy, jersey caramel, fragrant rose petal, orange oil and creamy toffee.
Palate: Sticky butterscotch, dried raisins, creamy vanilla with mandarin and spiced oak.
Finish: Milk chocolate and fresh berries, a touch of leather and baking spices.
Day 12: Slyrs Batch 3 – 3 Year Old (Single Malt - Germany)
Nose: Baking spices of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, fresh orange and roast pineapple.
Palate: Creamy coconut, sticky toffee and marmalade with freshly toasted buttered croissant.
Finish: Cooking spices with warm fresh apricot pastry and chocolate coffee.
Day 13: Blair Athol 9 Year Old (Single Malt - Highland Scotch)
Nose: Bright citrus, bush honey, vanilla cream, light grassy notes and caramelised malt.
Palate: Cookie dough, overripe orchard fruits, toasted chocolate brownie and earthy undertones.
Finish: Malt driven with burnt toffee, chocolate orange and light baking spices.
Day 14: Coppersea Batch 1 – 3 Year Old (Rye Whiskey - USA)
Nose: Spices of dill and white pepper, a burst of orange with rye toast and vanilla cinnamon custard.
Palate: Allens mixed lollies alongside baking spices, caramelised oak, poppy & pumpkin seeds.
Finish: Toasted rye bread, eggnog, butterscotch and burnt mandarin peel.
Day 15: Penderyn – Batch 1 – 6 Year Old (Single Malt - Wales)
Nose: Buttered toast with manuka honey, freshly squeezed sweet lemon and vanilla oak.
Palate: Light citrus, white peach, butterscotch with a touch of cinnamon and fresh bread.
Finish: Thick vanilla cream with dried apricots, hints of clove and nutmeg.
Day 16: Inchfad Batch 1 – 13 Year Old (Single Malt - Highland Scotch)
Nose: Subtle orchard fruits, roasted cashews, zesty citrus and lightly smoked malt.
Palate: Orange cake, a touch of wood varnish, red apple and toasted campfire marshmallow.
Finish: Toasted pineapple alongside dark chocolate, coffee grounds and smouldering ash.
Day 17: Aultmore 9 Year Old (Single Malt - Speyside Scotch)
Nose: Light citrus, fresh apple juice, stewed pears with hints of cinnamon and vanilla oak.
Palate: Tropical fruits of pineapple and lychee, poached pears with nutmeg and vanilla cream.
Finish: Thick banana custard with white chocolate and caramelised oak.
Day 18: Willowbank Batch 2 – 18 Year Old (Single Blended - New Zealand)
Nose: Stewed apples and pears, ripe nectarine with floral notes, clove and dried fruits.
Palate: Musk sticks, orange jelly beans, dried apricots, a touch of wood polish and caramelised oak.
Finish: Apple crumble with baking spices, wedding cake and dark chocolate.
Day 19: Irish Single Grain #1 – 8 Year Old (Single Grain - Ireland)
Nose: Vanilla cream and sweet lemon, juicy white peach with light spice and candied banana.
Palate: Crème Brûlée, white apple flesh, creamy chocolate fudge and cinnamon.
Finish: White chocolate with a dusting of icing sugar and oak spice.
Day 20: Glenburgie 10 Year Old (Single Malt - Speyside Scotch)
Nose: Orchard fruits of juicy pear & green apple, caramelised malt and nutty chocolate.
Palate: Light fruits with lychee, candied apple, toffee and baking spice.
Finish: Oven-baked apple crumble with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Day 21: Destillerie Ralf Hauer – Batch 1 – 4 Year Old (Single Malt - Germany)
Nose: Thick malt, orange oil, caramel and wafer with oak sugars.
Palate: Dried apricots, gooey gingerbread, thick orange butterscotch and rich oak.
Finish: Caramilk chocolate, lightly toasted cashews and a touch of spice.
Day 22: Balmenach 8 Year Old (Single Malt - Speyside Scotch)
Nose: Wedding cake, tropical fruits of mango and pineapple, vanilla cream.
Palate: Ripe yellow nectarines & juicy orange, nougat and some chocolate shavings.
Finish: Caramel fudge with macadamia and soft oak.
Day 23: Macduff Batch 10 – 10 Year Old (Single Malt - Highland Scotch)
Nose: Lemon sponge cake, thick malt, toffee and praline chocolate.
Palate: Almond cake, pears in syrup, Anzac biscuit and light spice.
Finish: Ripe tropical fruits, freshly mown grass and white chocolate Ferrero Rocher.
Day 24: St. Thomas Blended Whisky Batch 1 – 32 Year Old (Blended Scotch)
Nose: Overripe orchard fruits of apple and nectarine, French vanilla slice and crumble.
Palate: Poached peach, baklava, roasted almonds, butterscotch and cinnamon.
Finish: Thick vanilla custard with pecan pie, maraschino cherry and a hint of dark chocolate.
