Rabbit Hole Distillery is a modern American whiskey producer, founded in 2012 in Louisville, Kentucky.

It sticks to strictly small batches and, unlike traditional Kentucky producers who strictly copy legacy recipes, uses unique grain combinations featuring specialty malted grains such as honey-malted barley and malted wheat.

Hailed as "one of the most innovative producers of American whiskey", this is one stop on the official Bourbon Trail that's worth seeing.
