Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Distilling in Tasmania

Celebrate 30 years of Aussie distilling with the people who made it happen. Suit up and head out for a night of whisky and stories with the who’s who of Tassie whisky. Distillers from around the state will join you at Hobart Town Hall. And you’ll also sit alongside distilling pioneers – Lyn Lark, the Godfather of Australian Whisky Bill Lark, Casey Overeem from Overeem Whisky and Patrick Maguire who began Sullivan’s Cove.
