The Lakes: The Chocolatier Whisky Launch & Members Tasting

Whisky and chocolate, they just might be the two greatest things on the planet.


They come together in The Lakes: The Chocolatier Limited Edition, the last hurrah from ex-Macallan whiskymaker Sarah Burgess and The Whisky Club’s April Whisky of the Month.


Already awarded Gold and “Best in Class” at the 2026 World Whiskies Awards, its rich Sherry cask maturation gives notes of mouth-coating cocoa developing into white peach, milk chocolate-coated sultanas and brandy snaps.


We’ll be previewing the dram prior to its launch in a Members get together and tasting event, which will also feature recent Club favourites and some very special preview drams.


Hosted by Club Ambassador Michael Blake, we’ll sample six whiskies in total… and yes, there will be chocolate.
