Morris’ legendary Head Distiller Darren Peck will be guest-hosting the evening, giving you the inside story behind the whisky. Darren’s hands-down the most experienced whisky maker in Australia — he’s made liquor on every continent except Antarctica. So, you better believe he’s got some yarns to share.
