New-make, the clear spirit that comes off the still, is usually 68% alcohol and has aromatic characteristics and offers a great way to taste the core of a distillery and the spirits they make.

You’ll try new-make from, Belgrove Distillery, New Town Distillery, Old Kempton Distillery, Pattex and Wellington Park Distillery. Hosted at The Keep, an intimate room in Hobart’s iconic The Glasshouse, you’ll be served the very best of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
