Bruichladdich are the masters of unpeated Islay single malt, and we’re sitting down this month with its veteran of 22 years, Adam Hannett. There’s no one better versed in the history of Bruichladdich, which has earnt a reputation for being one of the world’s most progressive and innovative distillery.

With humble beginnings of Bruichladdich distillery tour guide in 2004, Adam worked his way up to working as Head Distiller for a full decade, before taking over as Master Blender in 2025. Join us with Adam and your fellow Members as we crack open the oldest ever 100% Islay barley Bruichladdich batch drawn from the rare remnants of 2011’s vintage stocks in the world launch of this fantastic 14-year-old dram.
