The GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch series is bona fide unadulterated Sherry cask purity, and demand for this supremely rich and viscous liquid is through the roof. It’s no secret The GlenDronach are Sherry cask masters, and they’ve been steadfast in their commitment to crafting richly Sherried single malts using time-honoured methods passed down through generations for almost 200 years.
Matured slowly in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry and bottled straight from the cask, without chill filtration or added colour and at 58.2% ABV, this heavily Sherried tour de force is brimming with raisin-filled fruit cake, Seville orange peel, cherry liqueur and dark chocolate tiramisu. And each sip delivers unimaginable full-bodied complexity, depth and elegance.

Known as “the sleeping giant”, GlenDronach is one of Scotland’s oldest distilleries and only the second to be granted a license to produce whisky after the Excise Act of 1823.
