Symphony Nº1 is the first-ever blended malt from The House of Lark. Crafted by Lark Head Distiller Chris Thomson, it brings together exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies, while carrying the uncompromised signature of Lark.

Nose Fresh mango, toasted pineapple, orange, vanilla and tangerines. Luscious and fruity.
Palate Peaches, apricot, even more mango, and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee.
Finish Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, poise and balance.

Overview
Crafted from a symphony of complementary casks, Lark Head Distiller Chris Thomson has expertly woven the complexity of American oak bourbon with the balance of sherry and heavier depth of port to form a creamy, oily melody of flavours with Lark Symphony Nº1.
Chris delved into the barrel store and was pleased to find that their Bothwell distillery was producing a whisky with some incredible pineapple and tropical notes. He added a little bit of sherry cask for sweetness, and fortified for depth.
Bottled at 40.2% ABV it's an easy drinking whisky that's equally at home neat, with ice, in a Highball or Old Fashioned.
