Port Charlotte 2013 PMC: 01
Bordeaux Pomerol cask-matured Port Charlotte, $110 less than you’d pay to get it from the UK.
Using rare Pomerol casks from the right bank of France’s Bordeaux region, Bruichladdich have nailed this one-off expression in their Port Charlotte Cask Exploration Series. Port Charlotte’s famed meaty smoke swirls through fruit and subtle floral notes from the exceptional casks, giving a dram that’s a must-have for peat heads in search of something truly special.
These are some of the world’s last stocks of this one-off batch, and we’re bringing them to Club Members at an outrageous Member-exclusive price of $180.

Hazel
Peat smoke and red fruits kick things off, with stewed pear, melon and a subtle maritime note. Honey, leather and toasted oak are complemented by floral hints of clove and ginger.
Malt sugar and meaty smoke coat the palate, with succulent blackberries, plum and leather carried on a wave of viscosity. Crushed seashell, a hint of lemon and fading smoke to finish.

Port Charlotte 2013 SYC: 01
European oak Syrah cask-matured Port Charlotte, $110 less than you’d pay to get it from the UK.
Thanks to a whopping four-year secondary maturation in super rare European oak Syrah casks (from an unnamed producer, which normally means somewhere so expensive it can’t legally be named), this heavily peated single vintage malt is laden with smoke, red fruit and warming spice.
These are some of the world’s last stocks of this one-off batch, and we’re bringing them to Club Members at an outrageous Member-exclusive price of $180.

Burnt orange
Caramel sweetness, with a burst of fresh fruit and subtle peat smoke. Strawberry, red apple, apricot jam, and mixed berries meld with gentle spices from the oak, together with the ginger, marzipan, and honey.
Charred oak and elegant BBQ peat smoke, with sweet fruit, vibrant candied citrus and fresh mango. Honey, ginger spice and roasted coffee beans lead to a long finish of brown sugar, toasted nuts and cocoa.
