Member Service Officer 

Experience in customer service, managing orders and postage deliveries, what about community managment on Facebook? Our Member Service Officer role may be right for you. 

 

What you’ll get up to:

  • Member services for our Members, actioning email and helpdesk requests promptly with high Member satisfaction levels.

  • Online order management and support – helping Members place orders, shipping updates, working with our warehouse team and Australia Post each day.

  • General website updates, loading content, updating Member data as requested.

  • Community management, responding and engaging with our social media audience across Facebook and Instagram.   

  • Be the Member champion and provide reporting on Members’ feedback.

  • Continuous improvement of our help centre and website content to allow Members to easily find answers to their questions.

  • Harvest Member experiences into website reviews.

  • You will have KPIs around encouraging new members to join and keeping existing Members happy and satisfied in the Club.

Ideal Experience will include:

  • Day to day use of Zendesk or similar helpdesk software.

  • Experience in whisky would be extremely advantageous, or exposure to liquor or food in a digital business.

  • Understanding of marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger.

  • Proficient computer skills, knowledge and capability in Microsoft suite of products, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Ability to work under time pressures and manage a high volume of Member service requests.

  • Experience working in an online business, and experience helping customers with online orders.
