As a Member Experience Officer, you’ll be passionate about exceeding Member expectations with every interaction, taking the Member experience to another level. You’ll ensure our potential and existing Members receive prompt responses to a wide variety of queries.

Social & Content Specialist



We’re on the lookout for a fun-loving, success-hungry content specialist to lead and produce our world-class content across digital and social as we scale and enter new markets. A social media genius, you live and breathe the latest trends, have a keen eye for detail and design, write highly engaging copy that doesn’t need spelling and grammar checks, and above all you love a good joke and a good time. Of course, it won’t hurt if you also happen to love whisky!

What you’ll actually do:

- Create, plan and execute thumb stopping, thirst inducing, Member-centric content, from daily social posts to personalised My Account feeds.

- Continually develop and optimise content across all platforms based on real-time analytics and reporting.

- Maintain a distinctive, cohesive, authentic Club look and feel, voice and tone, to ensure a consistent brand and Member experience — from social sign up to delivery day unboxing.

- Constantly assess, expand and test new consumer-focused executions, stay abreast of new trends and jump on new opportunities.

- Build new social and digital platforms from scratch as we diversify into other non-whisky categories and enter new geographic markets.

- Assist with community management alongside the MX team.

- Collaborate with your marketing and ecommerce colleagues, as well as external stakeholders such as agencies, media, producers, suppliers, influencers and Members to identify and produce awesome, meaningful content that achieves the Club’s communication and commercial objectives.

What you’ll bring to the Club:

- Proven experience building big, highly engaged social followings, ideally for other culturally connected brands.

- A great eye for design, compelling copywriting and impeccable spelling and grammar.

- You’ll likely have qualifications and experience in marketing, digital media, UX, journalism or graphic design. If none of those, surprise us. Social media and content specialists often come from unusual places.

- If you have design or photography qualifications and experience, you’ll be making most of your creative assets yourself. If not, you’ll be adept at briefing creatives to achieve the best mobile-first results for social and web.

- Excellent planning skills, lots of ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, growth focused small team environment.

- Whisky knowledge and experience would be ideal, otherwise you’ll need a genuine desire for learning, ready to immerse yourself in whisky culture and plenty of swotting up with our Whisky School. Fine wine/liquor knowledge also beneficial.

- Nice to hang out with for eight hours a day.
