Chef in Scotland Claims His Bar Has The Biggest Whisky Collection in the World

Scottish chef Derek Mather claims to have beaten the Guinness Book of Records title for the most drams behind a bar, according to the Daily Record.
Mather claims to have more than 3000 different drams on offer in his restaurant, Artisan, overthrowing the current record of 2467. Mather is yet to contest the title, currently held by the Whiskey House in San Diego
But, the plot thickens — the current record now claims to have a whopping 4000-strong collection.
