Introducing Mawson’s Malt – Pure Antarctic Single Malt Whisky
A secret effort by our southern scientists has produced one of the world’s most unique single malts. Global warming may have had one positive effect – an ice-melt close to Mawson station revealing a small peat bog. The rest, as they say, is history.
Cut with the purest water on Earth and aged in barrels made on-site from Mawson’s original hut, this dram was made with grit and determination.
