Rather than adding a distinct finish to the whiskey, Yahisa has kept Kentucky Owl’s ingredients exactly as is, instead choosing to blend this Kentucky Straight spirit in a way that encapsulates the perfect Japanese dram – balanced from start to finish. Named ‘Takumi’ (meaning ‘master’ in Japanese), this evenly complex creation is a masterpiece in artful blending.
