Nose Succulent exotic fruit with a little citrus, complementing deeper notes of dried apricot and sultana. Infusion of assorted spices and toasted wood.
Palate Rich, fully rounded and mellow with luscious fruit and spices. Sweetness of vanilla and a touch of oak.
Finish Satisfyingly long with the sophisticated combination of fruit and spices slowly giving way to toasted oak, then barley.

Redbreast is undoubtedly one of the finest examples of single pot still whiskey, which is why its the largest selling single pot still Irish Whiskey in the world to this day.
Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, the Redbreast 12YO Cask Strength is then triple distilled in copper pot stills, lending that classic toasted nut and evolving spice on the palate that lingers on and on. This expression has been matured in a combination of ex-American oak Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry Spanish oak butts for 12 years, and is presented non-chill filtered at a full-flavoured 58.1% ABV – perfect for the truest lovers of Irish whiskey.
